Terms of Use

Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Spanish School Bus LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us"), about your use of the Spanish School Bus app. By installing or using the app you accept them. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian accepts them for you. Effective October 9, 2026.

Your licence

We give you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app on Apple devices that you own or control, as allowed by the App Store's usage rules, for your family's private, non-commercial use. Schools and teachers may use the app with their students.

The app, its lessons, pictures, recordings, music, characters and games belong to Spanish School Bus LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, sell, modify or reverse engineer them, except where the law says you may.

Free and paid content

Some lessons are free. Others are unlocked by a purchase made through Apple's App Store with your Apple Account.

Lifelong Learner is a single payment that unlocks all current courses for as long as the app is offered.

The Student Plan is a subscription that unlocks all current courses while it is active. It is charged to your Apple Account each month at the price shown at the time of purchase, and renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple Account settings; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.

Course packs bought in earlier versions of the app continue to unlock the course they were bought for.

Prices can change, but a change never affects a period you have already paid for. Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.

Tickets and cards

Tickets, cards, stars and characters in the app are earned by playing. They cannot be bought, sold or exchanged for money and have no value outside the app.

Looking after progress

Progress is saved on your device. If the app is deleted or the device is lost or reset, progress may be lost unless it is restored from a device backup. Purchases can be restored at any time with the same Apple Account.

No warranty

We work hard to make the app accurate and reliable, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or always available, or that using it will produce any particular result in learning.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Spanish School Bus LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Apple

These terms are between you and Spanish School Bus LLC, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it. If the app fails to meet a warranty that applies, you may tell Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price; Apple has no other warranty obligation. Claims about the app are our responsibility, not Apple's. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them.

Changes and ending

We may update the app and these terms. The current terms are always available in the app. You may stop using the app at any time by deleting it; these terms end if you seriously breach them.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Where the law allows, disputes will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Texas.
